Congratulations to our Accounting 1 and 2 classes as they brought home some hardware from the 27th Annual Accounting Challenge at Southern Illinois University Carbondale! Ben Wangler won 1st place in Accounting 2, Justus Edson won 2nd place in Accounting 1, and the team of Justus Edson, Aurora Amason, Peyton Cole, and Luke Mayer took first place in the Accounting 1 team competition. Congratulations, Orphan and Annie Accountants!

The Orphan Wrestling team has been assigned to IHSA Waterloo Regional on Saturday, February 8th with the doors opening at 8:30 am and wrestling beginning at 9:30 am. Admission is $8.00 at the door and it is cash only.

The Annies Bowling team has been assigned to the IHSA Regional Tournament hosted by Alton Marquette High School. The Annies will bowl on Saturday, February 8th with a 9:00 AM start time. The event will be held at Bowl Haven Lanes and admission will be $7.00 per person.

The Annies & Orphans will travel to Salem High School to play JV & Varsity basketball on Saturday, February 8, 2025. The Annies' JV will tip off at 3pm followed by the Varsity and at 6pm the JV Orphans will tip off followed by varsity.
Salem has chosen these games to raise funds for cancer awareness by selling pink out shirts and charging one admission price for all 4 games. Orders close on 02/01 at midnight and will be available for pickup at CHS on Friday.
