Are you looking for volunteer hours or just want to help out? Tomorrow morning starting at 7 am The Plumbers and Pipefitters along with Vandalia Bus Lines are needing help filling a bus with supplies to head to Dresden, Tennessee. They have been working with a local FFA Chapter on the needs of the community that was hit by the recent tornado. Meet at the Union Hall at 116 South Chestnut in Centralia tomorrow morning at 7am to fill the bus or see Mrs. English for more information.
The boys JV/Varsity basketball game on January 4 will now be held at Centralia in Trout Arena. The JV will start at 6pm.
Annies basketball will play at Althoff tomorrow, December 16th, starting at 6 pm. The JV game will now be played as a first half only game. The Varsity game will follow the JV quarters.
The JV/Varsity boys basketball game at Marion has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Jan 25. The JV will start at 6 p.m.

Due to COVID-19 positive cases, the upcoming Frosh/Soph boys' basketball games on December 15th (Cahokia), 18th (Althoff), and December 21st (Benton) have been postponed with make-up dates not yet determined.
Due to COVID-19 positive cases, the Centralia Orphan upcoming Varsity/JV contests with Cahokia on December 17 and Marion on December 21 have been postponed with make-up dates not yet determined. The next game for the Orphans will be in the first round of the Centralia Holiday Tournament on Tuesday, December 28.
Orphans and Annies Bowling scheduled for today, December 13th, vs Carbondale has been canceled. No make up date has been set at this time.
Our freshman boys basketball game tomorrow, December 9th, in the CHS Annex will be an A game only.
The Annies basketball game scheduled for Thursday, December 9th at Cahokia will now be a Varsity only contest starting at 6:00 pm.
The 78th Annual Centralia Holiday Tournament bracket is ready! Games will be played on December 28, 29, and 30, 2021.

The Monken Half-time Shootout was held at the Annie’s varsity game. Marvin Myers was the winner of $20 on his lunch card. CHS students have seven more chances to win at a home Annie’s game this season. Thank you Monken Auto for sponsoring this contest for our students!
