Centralia High School is seeking applications for individual classroom aide. Candidates must have ISBE Paraprofessional/Licensure Certification or equivalent certification. Letters of application should be submitted to Dr. Reid Shipley, Principal, at Centralia High School, 2100 E. Calumet, Centralia, IL 62801. The deadline for applications is August 12, 2025 and interviews may take place before the deadline.

Centralia High School will have chromebooks available for anyone that does not have access to the internet or needs additional help with Online Pre-Registration on Wednesday, August 6 and Thursday, August 7 from 10am-2pm. ALL students MUST have their Online Pre-Registration completed before they will be allowed to finish their In-Person Registration, receive a schedule, and receive an ID card.
Centralia High School is seeking applications for part-time cafeteria worker. Applicants must pass a background check and be able to obtain a food handler certificate. Applications are available in the main office at the high school and should be returned to Jason Pauley, Cafeteria Manager, at Centralia High School, 2100 E. Calumet, Centralia. The deadline for applications is July 29th and interviews may take place before the deadline.
Due to continued maintenance with the solar panels, the power at CHS will be temporarily shut off Tuesday afternoon. The Centralia High School offices will close at 12:00/Noon on Tuesday, July 15.

The Annie’s Softball team has advanced to the IHSA 3A Super Sectional on Monday, June 9th at 4:30 pm vs Chatham Glenwood. Gates will open to the public at 3:30 pm and pre ordering your tickets on the GoFan app is encouraged. This game will be played at Millikin University and will be streamed on the Millikin Athletics website! The address is 390 N Oakland St in Decatur, IL. Go Annies!!
Come out and join the Annie's Sectional Championship parade through C-Town! They will be arriving back in town around 7:45. The parade will go Route 51 to St. Mary's Church. Then turn right at St. Mary's all the way to Airport Road and then back around to the high school.

The Annies Softball Team 🥎 has advanced to the IHSA 3A Sectional hosted by Triad High School. The Annies will open play on Tuesday, June 3rd at 3:00 pm vs Olney East Richland.
