The Red Death Varsity Scholar Bowl team had a 2nd place finish at the 3rd Marion High School Invitational Scholastic Tournament. Centralia High School will be conducting an emergency evacuation drill in conjunction with the Centralia Police Department and ESDA on Thursday, November 16 at approximately 1:00 p.m. Students will walk down Calumet Street to the reunification site of Calumet Street Christian Church. Once everyone is at the reunification site, students will return to CHS for the remainder of the day. School will be dismissed at 2:50 p.m. and buses will run on their regular schedule. This is ONLY a DRILL.

Monday is Late Start so that means Food Trucks will be out back in the morning from 7:30-9:00. This will be the last morning that food trucks will be here until the spring. Trucks for Monday are The Thirsty Heifer and D’s Yum-Yums. Vendors will be selling specialty coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits & gravy, bacon, egg, & cheese sandwiches, blueberry & chocolate muffins.
