Absentee/Retake Day Picture Day is: Tuesday, December 5, 2023 Wagner Portrait Group will be at school to photograph any students who were absent on the initial picture day or any student that needs his/her picture retaken. Please use this link to order: https://wagner.portraitpics.co/login If you are having a picture taken as a RETAKE, please make sure your student returns their package in its entirety, including the package insert sheet, to the photographer on retake day. (Feel free to attach a note to describe what you’d like us to do differently.) This order form is NOT FOR SENIORS. A separate form will be posted for Senior pictures.

Centralia High School is seeking applications for a full-time paraprofessional (full benefits included) at the CHS Annex. Candidates must have ISBE Paraprofessional/Licensure Certification. The Red Death Varsity Scholar Bowl team had a 2nd place finish at the 3rd Marion High School Invitational Scholastic Tournament. As a team, they took home a second place trophy; as individuals, John Veller was awarded all-conference team and MVP with 25 individual toss-ups. The Red Death Varsity Scholar Bowl team had a 2nd place finish at the 3rd Marion High School Invitational Scholastic Tournament. As a team, they took home a second place trophy; as individuals, John Veller was awarded all-conference team and MVP with 25 individual toss-ups. Centralia High School will be conducting an emergency evacuation drill in conjunction with the Centralia Police Department and ESDA on Thursday, November 16 at approximately 1:00 p.m. Students will walk down Calumet Street to the reunification site of Calumet Street Christian Church. Once everyone is at the reunification site, students will return to CHS for the remainder of the day. School will be dismissed at 2:50 p.m. and buses will run on their regular schedule. This is ONLY a DRILL.
